I applied online. I interviewed at SHI International (Austin, TX) in May 2016
Interview
One of the easiest interview processes ever. There is one quick phone screen just for them to see how you sound on the phone, then they schedule an interview with you the following week. The interview is about an hour and a half long. During the interview they ask very basic interview questions then they give you a tour of the building. At the end of the interview they give a 30 minute assessment quiz to see how you respond to certain scenarios via email. After the interview they call you 1-4 business days later and you start training the next available training start date! (Or whichever training date you prefer) they usually have trainings every 3 months.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SHI International
Interview
Interview is a 3 step process. The first step is a phone interview with standard background questions. The second interview is a video interview with the recruiter. The 3rd step is a sales pitch over a grocery item.
Phone screen. Followed by Skype interview which was set a ridiculous two weeks ahead but you can push it forward if you want to get the process done faster. Skype interview is over your background and "why sales" type of questions. If you do that well, next is a presentation. They give you instructions and tell you to pitch and sale them your favorite grocery item on video and upload it. If you do a good job on this, offer comes quickly. Overall pretty laid back if youre a confident, outgoing person.

The process took place online, where the recruiter asked a variety of questions and I answered. It was very relaxed and the SHI employee was warm and welcoming. The process was easy and they made it simple.
