I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SHI International (Austin, TX)
Interview
Great interview process. Was reached out to on LinkedIn, then met with the recruiter for an on-campus interview, and then was advanced to their final round which was a pre-recorded sales pitch that you post to YouTube. The sales pitch wasn't too difficult, just a pain to have to record yourself. I loved the recruiter and the position, the only reason I turned down was because I wasn't prepared to move to Austin at the time.
phone screen, written assignment, group interview. I'd rate the process as straightforward and not too intense, looking for experience and culture fit, and situational awareness with clients. Good mix of hires out of college and more seasoned industry people.

Standard interview asking questions about your experience and your goals moving forward. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The are looking for people who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills and dedicated to putting in the effort required for an inside sales executive to be successful.
