They asked me what my lowest score was in college. They also asked how I had influenced people on a team. they asked what motivated me. They asked about my previous experience.
One super quick first round phone interview with HR. Then one interview with the manager of who I would be working for. All asking basic questions of my past experiences and explaining what I would be doing.
