Interview
Had a screening interview, with the HR manager and another lady, who barely made eye contact. I was told I would hear back regarding the stages by the end of the week.
They mentioned there were 3 stages, one was to see if I was "culture fit". Needless to say I did not hear back.
I expect the "culture fit" is being a white male or female
