The process consisted of 3 interviews. First with HR , then the direct reporting manager, and finally the department director. Consisted of a combination of behavioural, technical/scenario-based questions and a verbal case study. Post-interview feedback was highly unprofessional. HR advised that I did not receive an offer based on the fact that I went to visit my family temporarily prior to when the role would begin, and that I was in the process of moving house, despite filling all other requirements for the role.
