Interview
I applied online and received a call a couple of days later for a 15 to 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview was relatively easy. The HR recruiter scheduled me to come in for a face to face interview. I went in and met with the business managers and peers. They asked personality questions that were pretty easy to answer. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They really liked me so they wanted me to come back for a second interview so I went in. They told me that'll be hearing back from HR but to no avail.

Tell me about a time you had a confrontation between a coworker.
It wasn't as difficult as I thought before. They mostly asked about general questions, and it was quite normal-paced. I don't feel like the interview was intense; so far, I have heard from other people that most of the time they are quite chill with you.
