Interview
I applied via an online application. About 1.5 weeks later someone from HR reached out to me to set up a phone interview. This interview included a review of the position and a plethora of information including potential salary, benefits, orientation, etc. After the phone interview with the HR employee, an interview with the department managers was set up. This occurred at the hospital and they went through a variety of situational based questions and expanded on the job. The next day, HR called and wanted to set up a peer interview which occurred at the hospital and 2 current employees asked a set of predefined questions. Finally, we set up a time for a 4-hour shadowing experience on the floor. After this, the next day, a job offer was extended.
