Phone interview with HR which is basic reviewing of the position expectations/job requirements as well as ability to ask questions yourself. Following a phone interview is an interview with the position supervisor at which time in depth questions will be asked in order for the employer to gain a better idea of work ethic/personality. Following that interview (which is a video interview) a peer interview may take place where peers may ask similar related questions pertaining to situation work style and performance.
