I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SSM Health (Madison, WI) in May 2019
Interview
The interview I had with my team was great and time well spent. I was given ample time to present my abilities and demonstrate how I would be a good fit with the team.
The actual hiring process through HR was a NIGHTMARE though. If I hadn't been in constant contact with my HR person, I don't know if I ever would have been given a start date. There was a major lack of communication and follow-up from HR.
Even though going through the HR difficulties was frustrating, I'm super happy in my position and know that moving forward, my time at SSM will be positive.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SSM Health (Madison, WI) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied and was contacted about doing an online screening interview one week after applying. I did the online screening interview and had to submit five references before I was scheduled to have an in-person interview. I had an in-person interview with one member of the team. Everyone else was remote. I also had to prepare a twenty minute presentation about how to use a form of technology. I followed up one week after the interview and was told that that I would hear back the following week. Two months after I interviewed, I was finally got an email and was told I didn't get the position.
