The talent rep will then submit your information to the employer. If the employer is still interested, the talent rep sets up an interview. The talent rep will let you know that they offered you a job.
It wasn't as difficult as I thought before. They mostly asked about general questions, and it was quite normal-paced. I don't feel like the interview was intense; so far, I have heard from other people that most of the time they are quite chill with you.

Interview
The interview process wasn't too long; i felt like everything moved at a steady pace. I reached out to the recruiter a couple of times to confirm my interest in the position and as for as the hiring process it moved quickly than I'm used too; so i thought that was pretty cool.
