I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was one of the most positive, relaxed yet through interview process the interviewers were able to make my interview personal and I felt like one of the unit employees during the interviews. The follow up from the interview was timely and shadowing the unit after the process was filled out provided me with a further understanding of the unit I was looking to join. The shadowing process allowed for the team on the floor to provide feedback to the hiring manager. I would highly recommend everyone to shadow the area to actually get a feeling of the place one would be working along with the staff. Very Positive experience with the interview and shadowing.
