Three step interview, first interview was phone call virtual for the second interview, in person for third and final interview. HR team members take awhile to return phone calls / respond to emails. Everyone has been friendly.
Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
You get contacted by the recruiter who works with the department director. You would interview with the director and often an interview with a few of the staff from the department.
