The interview process was two-step. Initial evaluation through phone/video interview followed by an in-person interview with potential manager. The initial interview was very different as I was requited to record my answers to the interview questions and submit them. A question that was asked was how my values fit the values and mission of the organization.
While first starting out they require you to complete an online video interview. I had made it through this process. I then had a phone interview with HR, then in person with the manager of the floor I applied to work on. I accepted the position.

Interview
Quick but formal interview which lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The employer asked me two questions. Then I ask them three questions about the company culture and the support they offer. The interviewer was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
