Applied August 20th,2015 received a call from a recruiter days later to schedule over the phone interview with HR .. It went great..nothing too serious ,next day received an email to provide 5 professional refences, 2 would be supervisors. After a week didn't here anything from them so I emailed a thank you letter&also asked the status of my application 2hours later recruiter called to schedule an onsite interview/peer interview.. 5 ladies interviewed all was very nice but kind of intimidating. They took turns asking situational questions. A few days later hr called to offer position
Tell me about a time you was at work and you had to make a difficult decision, AND you didn't have anyone to ask for assistance. How did you handle that situation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Charles, MO) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied using the SSM Health Career website. Within a week I heard from a recruiter. The recruiter told me about the position and asked me questions about my job history. The recruiter then set up a face to face interview with my potential employers. Throughout the entire process my recruiter was very helpful and accessible. The face to face interview was straight forward. They asked a handful of job specific questions and asked that I provide some examples of specific job experiences. Later they asked if I had questions and gave me a tour of the department. Overall the whole experience was great from start to finish.
