Simple and straight forward. Everyone is pretty friendly, not intimidating at all. I had an interview at a recruiting event, then later a phone interview, ans then after the phone interview was flown out for an in person interview.

First round - recorded video interview basic questions (why suez, why water industry, relocation, languages, etc.)
Second round - team (four interviewers from different areas of company). All super nice very easy to talk to. Behavioral questions (based on experiences)
Third round - HR (one interviewer) behavioral
