Interview
The interview process was pretty decent in the beginning. I applied online and the recruiter reached out to me. They first screened me and invited me to interview with the team. I met with the direct manager and their direct reports (4 interviews in total). Afterwards, I was asked to complete a writing assignment for them to review my skill set. I didn’t hear from them for a week and followed up with the recruiter. I received no response and saw the job was reposted, so I concluded they didn’t want me. That was very discouraging; while I understand every role isn’t the right role, it would’ve been nice to get a response from the recruiter and learn why I was turned down.

Interview
Average, very typical interview. Easy test to solve. Friendly recruiters and manager. The technical people that interviewed me however (different location than their manager) looked bitter and burned out. I felt a bit sorry for them. The salary also was not mind-blowing, so I declined.
