I applied online and was called the next day and asked to come in and take assessment was there for 2 hours taking assessment and was asked to come back for interview came back 2 days later for the interview and was offered job on the spot... pretty easy all around just have to pay attention on the assessment they want to make sure u are paying attention

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.

Interview
First round was a video interview which was self recorded and a series of questions to answer. After that I was invited to interview with a "Manager" through teams. Interview was terrible. The person wasn't even paying attention to anything I was saying. Just reading from a list of questions that I had to answer. She had no personality whatsoever and you could absolutely tell she did NOT want to be doing that interview which totally threw me and my answers off. I felt so uncomfortable. She was not engaging at all and was looking elsewhere the whole entire time. If I had someone else interviewing me, I'm sure I would've done a lot better and probably gotten an offer.
