I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass in Apr 2025
Interview
I had a disappointing experience with Safelite’s interview process. After completing the interview, I was told I would be receiving an offer and that a recruiter would follow up within 48 hours to provide training date options. That follow-up never happened.
After several days with no communication, I had to track down a contact myself to ask for an update, only to be told at that point that I wasn’t selected for the role. The lack of follow-through, professionalism, and courtesy was frustrating and disheartening.
It gave the impression of a disorganized hiring process and poor communication. Even a brief update or timely message would have gone a long way in showing respect for other's time and effort.

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Interview
Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value your opinion as an associate and want to continue to provide various channels to share how we're doing on our journey to be a great place to work for and interview with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass in Jun 2026
Interview
First round was a video interview which was self recorded and a series of questions to answer. After that I was invited to interview with a "Manager" through teams. Interview was terrible. The person wasn't even paying attention to anything I was saying. Just reading from a list of questions that I had to answer. She had no personality whatsoever and you could absolutely tell she did NOT want to be doing that interview which totally threw me and my answers off. I felt so uncomfortable. She was not engaging at all and was looking elsewhere the whole entire time. If I had someone else interviewing me, I'm sure I would've done a lot better and probably gotten an offer.
