There wasn't really one, I didn't have an interview for the position they just hired me from a temp company after 90 days. It was very easy. They just wanted to make sure I could do the job first I guess.

I interviewed in person. Fairly straight forward. I interviewed with HR only. Hr is also your manager as a Recruiter. The HR employee was pretty straight forward about what the job entailed. Many phone calls daily and organization skills. It's a typical Call Center role. When I interviewed it was for a part-time role.

A basic phone interview with the operations manager asking about experience and making sure that you were not a criminal who embezzles money. Discussion the kinds of projects, work experience, what happened at the previous company etc
