Too long of an interview process for the level and pay of role -- recruiter screening + 6 rounds of interviews: hiring manager, skip-level manager, panel with two people from the team, interview with former person in this role, culture-fit interview with HRBP, and interview with cross-functional team member. After the third interview with skip-level manager, the interviews seemed more like vibe checks. But would recommend to review the company values for the culture-fit interview.
