Interview was easy. It was basic role related questions, experience info. some behavioral questions. Panel interview was conducted by 3 individuals.
Technology related questions were constant. Recruiter interview was good as it felt the conversation was focused to the role and their requirements
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Interview process was long but very thorough and informative. They are very transparent and open about what the role is and what the team is like. I had three phone interviews before flying to San Francisco for a half day panel interview. It was about a week apart between interviews. Lots of peer interviews and one with the VP. They were very conscious about my time and what worked for me - thought it was great that they were accommodating.
Tough panel interviews but no “gotcha” questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process went really well. The HR contact was incredibly responsive and made sure that each interview was scheduled quickly. I really enjoyed meeting with the team and that made my decision even easier.
