Salesforce Sr. Product Manager interview questions

Step 1: Applied through and employee referral. Step 2 & Week 1: Recruiter reached out via email for a 30 mins time slot. Email was crisp, and responses were quick. Had a very "nice" 30 mins conversation with the Recruiter - Recruiter was extremely knowledgeable about the position. Gave a good idea about the next steps Step 3 & Week 2: Recruiter took time slots for a 30 mins discussion with the hiring manager. Very encouraging and enlightening discussion with the hiring manager. Recruiter came back with a positive feedback and mentioned the next step of an on-site interview Step 4 & Week 3: 4 back to back On-site Interviews across. Step 5 & Week 4: One more Google hangout interview and a request for a sample of work. Step 6 & Week 6: Verbal confirmation, followed by offer letter. Every member at Salesforce was super nice and cordial. Very professional and most of all smart!

I was recruited for Salesforce, had a couple phone meetings with the recruiter to learn about the position and fill him in on my experience and what I was looking for. Once he determined that I was a good candidate I had a phone interview with another senior project manager after which I was invited in for an afternoon of interviews. I met with several groups consisting of PMO, PMs, Technical directors, etc with the focus on my past experience and my response to typical project management scenarios that I would encounter. I received a verbal offer about a week after that interview and after a background check received an offer letter. Overall I found the process well organized and straightforward, no gotcha's, no unnecessary hurdles or gamesmanship, but clear focused questions and a sense that they knew exactly what they were looking for and when I fit the bill they quickly closed the deal.
