The process consisted of eight interviews, five of them in one day. To be honest they were a lot of bluster about the company they were planning on being without accepting the product they were selling. They manage low tier extended stay properties primarily, but they act like they own all Marriotts. Everyone talks about vision and drive, but they didn't seem interested in walking the walk. Three months of interviews. They asked for free work on competitors, then they would disappear for a month. During a conversation an offer was discussed and I mentioned my concern over the way they conducted the process and that was all. I can't recommend this company or their product.
