The core property line level team and the guests

Cons

Culture, corporate HR, corporate representation, accountability to managers and corp departments. Not near enough operational help. Front desk help. Toxic leaders.

Pro-My staff was awesome. They have always been there time and time again.

Cons

Upper management will do nothing other than visit you every 3 to 4 weeks asking for you to fix miniscule things instead of fixing major issues. I worked at a hotel with this company. The elevator was down (still is no fix in sight) for a month plus. Not to mention, I have spoken to several other GMs in the area and they say the same thing-no real management. P and Ls also show they depreciate assets to avoid taxes. The company overall is terrible and it's a corp structure where (if you can get there), you can live large. Other than that, you will be asked to do anything and everything in a week, and still asked to take PTO after putting in 50 hours in a week (36 in 2 days for me)...
