Great place to work, could have been better

Pros

Great place to work. I enjoyed meeting new people, making sure they had a most pleasurable stay. My staff was great!

Cons

Additional training was not offered by the GM. The work schedule was not fair most times.

Take over mess - totally unprofessional and disorganized

Pros

They do actually pay bills which is a step above hostmark

Cons

Didn't tell people if they still had a job until AFTER the transition. Let go half of housekeeping in the busy season then were going go cut my pay by $1 an hour. I am quitting.
