Pros

-Professional Growth is an understatement! There is so much room to grow here. -The entire team is a family. Everyone cares about each other. There are no “small” roles in this company. You see the Founder and the President almost every day (in the corporate office). They know you by name. -The company has doubled hotels since I started. -The work environment is FUN! I enjoy coming to work and seeing my coworkers.

Cons

I have no complaints about Sandpiper.

Pros

The people! Never have I felt I have been in a work environment that felt so much like family, everything is truly a team effort.

Cons

The hours can add up, but as long as you prioritize well it won't be an issue at all.
