Recruiter screening laid out the rest of the interview process:
-Behavioral interview with hiring manager
-Take-home project (course design)
-All-day panel interview, with two behavioral interviews, an interview about the take-home project and instructional design approach, and an interview checking ability to read and explain technical white papers
-After this, a surprise final interview with an executive
Overall, I found the interview process tough but highly structured and transparent, and the recruiter did a great job of prepping me for each step. We even renegotiated leveling based on the results.
