I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scale (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2024

I finished interviewing on 8/19 and never heard back from my recruiter or anyone at Scale. I followed up with the recruiter twice in the last month via email for any update since the final round, and never heard back. A complete waste and disrespect of my time, and incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the recruiting team. Very disappointing.
