I went through 3 rounds of interviews then got ghosted. I tried to reach out to the HR contact assigned to me and all the people I interviewed with to get any kind of follow-up, but they never responded. To ghost any candidate is extremely unprofessional, not to mention one who has taken the time to go through 3 rounds of interviews for your company.

They conducted six rounds of interviews and a take home assignment just to send an automated rejection email.
The recruiter was really persistent about getting availability for scheduling interviews but would take days to get back to questions over email.
The people all seemed very nice, but they don’t have a lot of organizational structure or defined roles. I would not apply here again.
