Interview
Four interviews... Yes four. Plus an on the spot grammar test and hand written essay test, followed by a math test. All four interviews were with two different people (all actual managers). I asked each set of interviewers the exact same question: can you describe to me what an average/typical day would look like addressing work load and duties that I'd be involved with in this position? They withheld that the position was actually an entry level sale commission role, with actual department managers over top of the position I was applying for which was titled a department manager. This position is a very big lie in wording for what the position is in all reality, and they'll withhold that info from you. The employee body under this position that they inform you of overseeing, is a very small sized college age part time night/evening shift of more sales associates.
Overall, be very careful with accepting any position they offer you, you could leave a job for theirs and wind up with something completely different from what they told you it would be, watch for when they start selling you on the position and why you are perfect for it.

Interview
It was a surprise phone interview. It was a rather inconvenient conversation, and it seemed rather forced. I was in the lobby of a hardware store when it went down and I felt I couldn't ask for a rescheduling.
