I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scheels (Billings, MT) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very extensive, they really filter through people to get the best employees. Starts out with a phone interview that they ask pretty generic questions and if you pass that you move on to your first actual interview. That one you sit with the HR person and they ask you pretty much the same questions as the phone interview. When you're done with that they call you and set up a second interview with an ASL (manager) where they go over more questions and then you fill out a long form (like a general aptitude test). Once you pass that they set up a time for a job offer and then schedule you for a orientation.
