Interview
The interview process took 2-3 weeks, and I ended up having to go into the store 4 times before I was actually hired. The first time I went in, I filled out the short-form application, which was actually pretty long with just basic work, volunteer experience, education and descriptions. For the second meeting, I had to fill out the long-form application, which was a whole packet with questions about the industry and a few basic math tests that actually took about 45 minutes. Then, I had two separate interviews with two of the Assistant Store Leaders, which were both pretty straighforward.
