I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scheels (Meridian, ID) in Oct 2023
Interview
Quick 2 minute phone call. Second interview was at least an hour and math test. Waited about a week for another interview, asked mostly same questions, was told it would be another 7-10 days before I hear back. Waited 10 days, nothing. I called one time and was told HR was on a meeting. A few days later HR calls back and said she got all my notes and messages and position was filled. I called once, position was still available on website. I agree with another review, they just want young kids, if you are 40 or older good luck.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scheels (Meridian, ID) in Sep 2023
Interview
I did a phone interview and 2 in person interviews. The questions were mostly life questions, nothing really difficult. I thought I did well, really thought I was going to get hired. After the second interview I was told I would be contacted in 10 days if I was going to be hired or not. Ten days later, no call, so I called them left a message and the HR lady calls be back and tells me they aren’t hiring me. No explanation of why or anything, just a “no” and that’s all. Seems like a pretty lengthy process to go through to not get hired. I would think you would know after the first interview if you are a fit or not.
