Interview
First was a phone call them first interview then about a week later got a 2nd interview I did not get an offer i was surprised this would’ve been a pay-cut in half but I believe in the company and had a true drive and motivation to work there
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Scheels (Omaha, NE) in Aug 2021
Interview
Long, and not considerate of work-life balance. 4 interviews when everything could have been done in one setting? During this time they will act like their job is so precious and your sitting there in the interview like hurry up we are selling clothes and shoes not roth ira's. With the government saying jobs need to be filled immediately Scheels sure did contradict that with me. they made it seem like they are too good for certain people so they are really borderline discriminate in their hiring process. they treat this job like you can't even have a speeding ticket. you walk in its predominantly white so if your lifestyle doest fit that "narrative" something along the way after 2 months of interviews will st you from the job offer they give you. This is an honets to God review aka NO BOT!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask all the same basic questions nothing special at all.
Lengthy, but thorough. Went in during a job fair & was taken to conference room to do a written and math test. After the tests, I was interviewed by 2 different ASL’s; initial day process took 2.5-3 hours. A week later, I had a second interview with an ASL and TL & a week after that, I was made a job offer by HR (drug test is included).
