Scheels interview questions

I went in for 4 hour-long interviews. The first 3 managers all told me I was over qualified for the $15/hr position I applied for and they wanted me for management. The 4th interviewer told me he would never consider a new hire for management and all the other positions had been filled. Complete waste of time and felt the entire time like I was being looked down on for not being as filthy rich as the people that worked there.

Very long and went through 3 interviews did not get the job . Kinda seems like they are looking for a certain look of a person . I hope other people have a better chance than I did . I honestly felt like I had the job .
