I received a phone call to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview started with the basic personal information. We moved on to talking about previous work experiences, then previous engineering projects. The lady was nice and very friendly.

phone interview , the asked me four technical questions as well as about their brochure, and what seemed like that the most important thing. I got a couple questions about whether i knew how to code, and projects that i have coded. you should also add your a team player they love it.

Hiring process consisted of a 30-minute phone screen where I was asked questions about my work eligibility, followed by a couple of behavioral questions and then some basic technical questions (related to electrical power concepts). Was later brought in for an on-site interview where I was asked more questions about my background, as well as some more technical questions that I had to solve/show on a whiteboard.
