I was referred from a friend to apply. My interview lasted about two hours following a skills assessment which took about 15 minutes to complete. I had two interviewers, I felt like the interview went extremely well. I felt like if I wasn’t a strong candidate, it would have lasted two hours. As I left, the talent manager said they had a few more interviews lined up but felt it went extremely well. But he also asked if I would be open to another position in sales if the opportunity presented. I assumed it was because I had a strong sales background. I told him I definitely was interested in the position I was applying for but would be open to another opportunity. I followed up within the week and really hadn’t heard anything back. A month went by and nothing. Was a bit surprised I wasn’t offered a position and really didn’t hear anything back besides my friend who had checked in and didn’t get much information about what happened.
