I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Winnipeg, MB) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online then got an email with a link for prerecord questions. After two days, I got an email from HR to arrange a telephone interview. Then she sent me a link for personality test and simulation. I didn't expect the simulation asks so many details including how many ppl in line and what the person carry. I didn't do it so well. Now I'm waiting for the feedback.
