I initially met the team at a conference, where they took my details and encouraged me to apply for the role. After submitting my application, they scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview went well; however, they explained they were looking for someone very specific for that role, which I didn’t fully align with. They therefore considered me for another position and referred me to a colleague, who also interviewed me.
