The interview process is pretty fast. After send in my resume, I got a phone call for an interview after one week. I was interviewed with the manager and his assistant. The interview questions is much more on behavioral questions, pretty much expected. I basically just elaborate my job experiences which highlight more job related characteristics. Overall, the atmosphere is relaxed.
