I applied online. First got to do video interview and then phone interview. They called me back saying that I am selected for job and told me the date of joining.(ofcourse background check and reference check has to be done)

Why scotiabank? Good or bad customer service experience? Where u see yourself in 5 years? How you handle stress? How will you handle difficult customer? How you handle changes in a company? How you hanle conflict with your co worker?
Good very helpful, they have the right people conducting these interviews. Overall great experience but did not accept. Better process than the rest would recommend to whomever. Job entails basic csr like responsibilities plus selling
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves
