Simple interview. A few questions based on me, entrepreneurship and banking experience. Interviewed with the Branch Manager, Assistant Manager Small Business, and Small Business Development Manager. Important to note that the SBDM has retired so this information may be outdated.
The interview process was very smooth. Did the interview with the branch manger and the business development manager. They asked a lot of question about the role and also what I could bring in the table.

Total two interviews happened. First is an HR round which is more cultural and the second is with the hiring manager. The whole process was more focused on the behavioural aspects of the job.
