Lead - technical questions, walking through past experience and challenges 3rd interview with VP - general questions about process improvement, new business opportunities, market analysis and strategies

Explain what have you done in the past for building a road map? How do you motoviate your team to improve their performance? Why did you leave your previous job after 1 year?
There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions
