I went in for interview where they asked questions about my availability, behavioural and situational questions. Later that day I was emailed a reference check form. They require a very thorough reference check so make sure you have reliable references. Interviewers were kind. However, it took them a VERY long time to follow up. It took about 4+ weeks just to hear that I did not get the job.

Name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Name a time were you had a conflict with a coworker and how did you resolve it.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
