It was overall a positive experience, and the process was pretty much the same for over a decade. I made it to the assessment center and got a pretty positive feedback but they retained me only as a reserve candidate. It was of three rounds. Interview + Group discussion on a case study + Imaginary scenario of meeting a client (who is upset with a recent issue in their organization).
