I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scripps Health (La Jolla, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
They first do a phone screening with the supervisor calling you. The panel interview is intimidating! It's a panel of 5 people. They are all supervisors and leads and the manager of the department.
It was a group interview conducted by hiring managers representing multiple Scripps locations, and consisted of several scenario and experience questions related to the position. After the panel interview we were then interviewed one-on-one with an HR supervisor that wanted to get a better understanding of our plans and why we'd potentially be a good fit for the job.

5. background check in process, waiting for call o start training
The supervisors were really nice and I felt in a comfortable environment in the interview. They asked some scenario questions. They really care about teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast paced environment in an efficient way.
