Seer Interactive Analytics Associate interview questions

The interview process consists of 3 stages along with a recommended chat with a team member. I got through the first round and the chat with a team member but unfortunately due to covid a hiring freeze was put into place.

Had a great initial phone call, but man does this company give off a "holier than thou" vibe. About a week afterwards I received a rather lengthy email about why I did not advance to the next round of interviews. While I do appreciate them getting back to me in a timely manner, I think such a long email describing why I didn’t get picked was kind of overboard. It just seemed like a little much for a first round phone screening, in my opinion. Again, it may have been the overall "we're better than you" tone, but the whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way.
