Had a great initial phone call, but man does this company give off a "holier than thou" vibe. About a week afterwards I received a rather lengthy email about why I did not advance to the next round of interviews. While I do appreciate them getting back to me in a timely manner, I think such a long email describing why I didn’t get picked was kind of overboard. It just seemed like a little much for a first round phone screening, in my opinion. Again, it may have been the overall "we're better than you" tone, but the whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way.

The interview process was pretty seamless. There were three interviews, starting with an HR team member and then two following interviews with members of the analytics team. As an entry level role, the questions were pretty straightforward.
