I applied online. I interviewed at Segal (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied for the Associate position in Sibson Consulting, a subsidiary of the Segal Group. The first step was a phone interview mainly discussing my interest in the job as well as a time where I had to deal with ambiguity. I was then invited for a final round in-person interview which consisted of 4 one-hour sessions: two behavioral, one case study, and one Excel test. The case study involved looking at a company whose sales were not meeting their goals and was fairly simple. The Excel test was very easy. The behavioral sessions were very long and quite difficult.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The two one-hour behavioral interviews are difficult and really get down to whether you are really interested in this job. I suppose it makes sense for a firm with less than 10 people in the local office. Being a recent college graduate, I also found it difficult coming up with examples of when I was faced with certain scenarios.

Interview
Simple, they asked me a few questions challenging questions regarding teamwork. Asked about background and experience, what makes you fit to work there. Overall it was not a bad interview process in my opinon.
