I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group (Reston, VA) in Feb 2008
Interview
I talked with my potential manager on a phone interview for about an hour. We had a great interview. After that interview, I was invited to meet with him and his director in person. When I met with them, the first question out of the director's mouth was "What will it take for us to get you on board?" It was only about a 30 minute interview but it was really good.
it was quite short but effective. started working there the week after. I worked there for 3 year then I quit to get a full remote job. a lot of pressure during the job
Dopo un'intera giornata a fare il colloquio, non ho più ricevuto un responso, a distanza di mesi e mesi.
Davvero un comportamento maleducato e ridicolo da parte di questa "azienda" da quattro soldi.
Several rounds of technical and behavioral interviews with varying levels of employees and a written test of relevant tech and skills used on the job to assign to the right project
